Private Parties

Clubhouse, Terrace or Field Rental (Only Members Can Reserve)

  1. Check the date you are interested in by clicking here.

  2. Complete and return the Reservation Request form and Agreement.

  3. Submit the completed forms to the Private Party Coordinator at least two weeks prior to your party. Please include your deposit check and your rental check with your paperwork.  You can mail or drop of the check to 3086 Lanier Drive, Brookhaven, 30319 Or Larry Shulman at 3414 Stratfield Drive, Brookhaven, 30319.

  4. Please Note: Private parties are prohibited during holiday weekends.

  5. There must be at least one chaperone for each ten people at a high school or college age party; one chaperone for each five children ages 1 to 13.

  6. All parties must end by 11:00 p.m.

  7. All clean up will be done by the member host. Any club equipment must be returned to its proper storage. Any equipment lost or damaged will be charged to host member.

  8. Review Pool Safety Rules, Pool and Terrace General Rules, and Tennis Rules. They all apply to any party.

    • Rental Fees:
      • 1 - 25 Guests - $125
      • 26-50 Guests -$250
      • > 50 Guests - $500
    • Field/Terraces (decks overlooking pool)
      • 1 - 25 Guests - $75
      • 26-50 Guests -$125
      • > 50 Guests - $250
    • Deposit Required For All Events     

      • 1 - 25 Guests - $250
      • 26-50 Guests -$500
      • > 50 Guests - $1,000

Pool Parties (Only Members Can Reserve)

  1. Send an email to the Pool Chairman at [email protected] with the details of your Pool Party and to check your date.

  2. Once the date is confirmed, the Pool Chairperson will email you the reservation form.

  3. Complete the form and email it back to [email protected]

  4. Please Note: Pool parties are prohibited during holiday weekends.

  5. A maximum of 20 pool guests has been set. This is to ensure that other members have use of the pool and facilities at all times. The social director, at his/her discretion, may change this rule on a situation-by-situation basis.

  6. Following are the costs for Brittany pool parties:

    • $25 Party Fee
    • $2 per guest fee (whether member or not)
    • $20/hour if extra lifeguard(s) are deemed necessary (esp for toddler/preschool/young elementary parties). The guard will be there for your party attendees' safety but also to help you with set-up/take-down of your party, clean up, and getting ice/refrigeration for any party foods/drinks that require it.
  7. There is also a $250 deposit fee that is due before the party. This check is voided and ripped up if no significant damage has occurred during your event. Please deliver this check as soon as your party is confirmed to Pool Chairperson (Catherine Walts) at 3362 Woodrow Way.
  8. When you have a final headcount of attendees, deliver a check or cash for the $25 party fee  & the per guest fee to the Pool Chairperson (Catherine Walts) at 3362 Woodrow Way. Payment is mandatory within 48 hours after the party.
